Highly Irregular Newsletter #11
Hi everyone,
A quick note to offer you a very lovely way to celebrate the UK’s National Poetry Day this Thurs, 5th October, 7.30pm UK time! Come join us on Zoom to launch this gorgeous new pamphlet, Twenty-One Poems about Wonky Animals (Candlestick Press), which includes not only poems by the Wonky Animals Poetry Collective (which I’m part of) but all the winners of our Wonky Animals poetry competition! I am so excited to hear them read their wonderful creaturely poems – all proceeds are donated to the excellent Manor Farm Charitable Trust, an amazing animal sanctuary. Book your spot here, we’d love to see you there: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/twenty-one-poems-about-wonky-animals-online-launch-tickets-719394527397?aff=oddtdtcreator
